CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;  

• Providing a Turnkey Design & Construction Package.

• Liaison between client, architect, engineers and consultants. Project management of construction and hotel fit out for Quest.

• Demolition, excavation, shoring, formwork, steel fixers, concretors, plasterers, electrical services trades, plumbers, and all associated finishing trades.

• Construction scheduling of project and contract negotiations and administration.

• Liaise with authorities and consultants to deliver OC on completion.
