CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;

• Early Contractor Involvement

• Project and Construction Management of building, driveways and associated landscaping.

• Coordination of all supervisors and trades on site.

• Construction scheduling of project and contract negotiations and administration.

• Liaise with authorities and consultants to deliver OC on completion.
